Welcome to The Sipsy Schooner! My name is Miranda, I am the owner and lead bartender. I have over 8 years of bartending experience in local dive bars and at private events. I love experimenting with new flavor combinations behind the bar and meeting each new person who stops by for a drink!

My husband came up with the idea of starting my own bartending business. Unbeknownst to him, he became the leader of the construction crew, building our beautiful satellite bar by hand and renovating both the inside and out of our horse trailer bar, The Schooner! The Sipsy Schooner has been a true labor of love.

When I decided to open The Sipsy Schooner, there was one thing I wanted to be sure to provide at every event - mocktails. This may seem unconventional for a bar owner, but it stems from a deeply personal place. My close family has been profoundly effected by alcoholism. I passionately believe that everyone deserves something fun to sip on and that you can have a fantastic time at any event while still maintaining your sobriety.
