Welcome to The Sipsy Schooner! I’m Miranda—owner, lead bartender, and the creative heart behind the bar. With over eight years of experience slinging drinks in dive bars and at private events, I’ve found my sweet spot in crafting unforgettable flavors and connecting with the people on the other side of the counter.

The idea for The Sipsy Schooner actually came from my husband. He had no clue that suggesting I start my own bartending business would make him the unofficial foreman of our renovation team. He built our beautiful satellite bars by hand and transformed our vintage horse trailer—now affectionately known as The Schooner—into something truly special. This business has been a labor of love in every sense.

When I launched The Sipsy Schooner, I knew one thing for sure: we would always offer mocktails. That might sound unusual for a bar, but it’s personal for me. Alcoholism has profoundly impacted people I love. That’s why every cocktail service we offer includes a curated lineup of mocktails, free of charge. I believe everyone deserves something yummy and beautiful to sip—no matter their age or sobriety.
